Construction Lending Program
Southbridge provides construction loans as well as mezzanine loans for commercial real estate development. We will lend on all property types including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, condominium projects, marinas, convention centers, arenas and stadiums. Our preferred transaction size is $15 million to $50 million or higher. Southbridge funds construction in all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe and Japan. We have the capital and expertise to underwrite and fund projects on a timely basis. As a private investment fund, Southbridge is able to move quickly and provide creative solutions to meet your needs.
